We have regular hourly rates & fees for "extra" services. Pricing each property takes into consideration the square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and people living in the home, pets, and overall condition of cleanliness prior to pricing. 

We take into consideration what the needs are of each client, some want weekly maintenance cleaning, some bi-weekly, others want one-time or when moving in or out of a residence. Airbnb and vacation rentals are cleaned between each guest's stay. We will come up with a schedule that works best for you.

If we arrive upon the property and it is not as discussed over the phone or conditions are more time consuming than was initially thought, clients will receive a phone call to either request more time to do the job or ask client if there are items that can be looked over at that visit to keep cost at the original estimated cost.

We are fully stocked with our own supplies and equipment that works best for the level of clean and consistency that we desire for our clients. However, if clients wish to use their own specific cleaning products, we are happy to use them.

Typically, if it is the first time we are cleaning a property, it is considered "initial cleaning" service.  We will work together with our clients to come up with the appropriate cleaning services. We take into consideration if the property has ever been professionally cleaned, the condition of the property, pets, how many people occupy the property and overall desires of client.
